The State Education Assistance Authority has developed the SEAA Test Score Portal to facilitate the submission of standardized test scores as required for SEAA-administered K12 Programs. Authorized nonpublic school administrators are permitted to access this portal. Before accessing this Portal read the Notice below.

You are about to access an information system that is owned and operated by the State Education Assistance Authority (SEAA), a political subdivision of the State of North Carolina. Access to this information system is restricted to authorized personnel only and is governed by North Carolina laws, rules and policies. Use of this information system may be monitored, recorded and subject to audit for administrative oversight, investigative purposes, and to ensure proper performance of applicable security features. As part of this monitoring, the SEAA may access, retain, read, record and disclose any information processed, transmitted and stored within this information system. Unauthorized or improper use of this information system is prohibited and is subject to State and federal criminal, civil, and administrative penalties. Information system use by any person, authorized or unauthorized, constitutes consent to these terms.
